Villa Sitges La Calma, is at the entrance of the garraf massif, with its tranquility and the great walks it allows, but also 10 minutes from Sitges, its magnificent beaches and environment, such as restaurants, golf, stall, shops and its helmet old. The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, distributed over 1 floor. 3 Bedrooms have 6 access steps. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a wonderful garden with gravel and trees and a large pool. Its 8 sunbeds, for sunbathing, a Chill out for 8 people inside the garden. A large BBQ to make meals or dinners on the outdoor table under the porch. For the children a swing, a slide and a play space. Interior of the villa: living room with air conditioning and television, dining room with air conditioning, fireplace in the living room (electric), 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and 3 bathrooms, satellite antenna and cable television, laundry room with washer and dryer. Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at noon from October to April. Below, you’ll find all the details regarding rates, payment methods, and optional services: Booking Commission: All displayed prices already include the 15,5% Booking commission. Booking and Cancellation Policies: Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. The full amount will be charged if cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival. No fees apply for cancellations made within 24 hours of booking. Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000, and cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3 percent surcharge will be applied to the total amount. Bank transfers are accepted with no additional fees. Cleaning Services (mandatory – includes bed linen, bath towels, and pool towels): Up to 1 week: Final cleaning – 390 euros 2 weeks: Mid-stay cleaning – 120 euros + Final cleaning – 390 euros 3 weeks: Two mid-stay cleanings – 120 euros each + Final cleaning – 390 euros 1 month: Three mid-stay cleanings – 120 euros each + Final cleaning – 390 euros Tourist Tax: 1 euro per adult/day, applicable during the first 7 nights of the stay. Damage Deposit: A refundable deposit of 800 euros is required. For monthly stays: 1,500 euros Refunded via bank transfer within 7 to 14 days after check-out.
