Below you'll find all the details regarding rates, payment methods, and optional services: Booking Commission All listed prices already include the 15.5% Booking commission. Booking & Cancellation Policies Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. 100% of the booking amount will be charged if cancelled within 60 days prior to arrival. No fee for cancellations made within 24 hours after booking. Accepted Payment Methods Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, JCB, Maestro, Discover, UnionPay, Red 6000, and cash. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 3% surcharge will be applied to the total amount. Bank transfers are accepted with no additional fees. Both options include full Booking assistance. Cleaning Services Stays up to one week: 4350 euros at the end of the stay. Two weeks: Intermediate cleaning (2 hours, 2 persons) 60 euros; final cleaning 480 euros. Three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings at 60 euros each; final cleaning 480 euros. One month: Three intermediate cleanings at 60 euros each; final cleaning 480 euros.
