Villa Sol y Mar is a detached vacation rental property located in Las Brenas, Lanzarote. Villa Sol y Mar can sleep up to 6 people with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offers Free Wi-Fi. Enjoy your own private pool with barbecue and sea views. The pool heating will be free of charge for the period of 01/11 till 01/04, for the other period it will be on request for an extra fee of 120 Euros per week.The pool heating system raises the temperature approximately 3c to 5c warmer than a pool that is not heated. The pool heating can be provided for an additional fee. If it is required please contact us for further assistance. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
