This beautiful villa with a stunning view is located in the urbanisation of Sant Rafael, with a short distance from Ibiza and in a strategic place for the countless beaches and clubs. The Ibizenco style is found throughout the house and makes it the ideal place for unforgettable stays. The pool area and the large covered patio with barbecue also make the outdoor spaces suitable for both families and groups of friends. The two levels building, perfectly integrated in the context, offers on the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, sofa with chaise longue and a large round table suitable for 10 people. A dining area and it's fully equipped kitchen, a pantry with laundry and a deep-freeze machine, one courtesy bathroom with toilet and a double bedded bedroom with walk-in closet and en suite bathroom with double sink and bathtub complete the main floor. A large balcony includes a relax area and an additional dining table. On the upper floor there are 4 other bedrooms all with double bed. In two of the rooms there is an en suite bathroom with shower while the other two share a bathroom with shower During check-in will be required a sum of Eur 1500,00 as a security deposit. This amount can be paid in cash or by credit card only (Visa or Mastercard accepted)

San Rafael is a small village on Ibiza, situated along the road that leads from Ibiza Town to San Antonio. With beautiful views that reach right to the coast, this small village has much more to offer than you might at first glance suspect. Even though it does not contain much apart from a beautiful church that dates to the 18th century, a few shops and restaurants and a handful of houses, this oasis of tranquillity is a great place for a wonderful meal, a drink, or to browse the varied artisan shops selling the ceramics that San Rafael is known for. Even though San Rafael itself is only small, it is conveniently located. In around 10 minutes you can drive to Ibiza Town or San Antonio, and because San Rafael boasts more than its fair share of restaurants, this is a great area to stay in. In addition, it is only a short walk from here to two of Ibiza’s largest nightclubs, Amnesia and UNVRS. San Rafael offers up several excellent eateries, including the well-known Ca'n Pilot, which specializes in grilled meats, and which is popular with the local inhabitants as well as with tourists, which means making a reservation is recommended!
