The villa "Can Grenat" is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO heritage site. It has impressive views towards the town of Selva and Caimari. It is located just 5 minutes from Selva and 10 minutes from Inca. where you can find all the services you need such as bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. This large estate of 26,000 m2 is perfect for families, groups of friends or cyclists. Its location is very good since the nearest beach is only 20 minutes away by car. You can visit all the towns of the Sierra de Tramuntana, take great bike rides and go on excursions. The house has 270 m2, 400 m2 of terrace and a 10x5 swimming pool where you can cool off during your stay. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a changing room by the pool. You can also play table tennis or table football in your spare time. In short, here you have a great house to come with your family and friends to enjoy an unforgettable vacation. No groups under 30 years old are allowed.
