This 3 bedroom/2 bathroom villa has recently (2022) been renovated and the pool (8 by 4m with internal stairs) is brand new. There is a aircon-unit (cooling and heating) in the living area and in each bedroom. The property is located next to the natural park Sierra D'Irta in the most quiet area of Alcossebre, but still close to bars, restaurants, beaches and center. The villa is new on the rental market since 2022 but as a reference you can check out our other villa (Villa Cala Blanca, Alcossebre, in the same street, 100m from this one) on Booking.
My husband Herwig and I (Karolyn) have two boys, Alexander (12) and Matthias (10). We purchased this Villa in 2021. We purchased the property because we already had a house in the same street and we love the area with all its accomodations for families with young children.
The property is located next to the natural park Sierra D'Irta in the most quiet area of Alcossebre, but still close to bars, restaurants, beaches and center.
