La casa consta de 2 dormitorios para 4 personas, amplia cocina –comedor, salón, vestidor, baño, amplias terrazas rodeadas de zonas ajardinadas con árboles frutales y aparcamiento. Para su disfrute la casa dispone de cocina completamente equipada con horno, microondas, lavadora automática, TV, etc. Se alquila de forma exclusiva y está incluido todo lo necesario para su estancia, toallas , sábanas, baby kit, menaje de cocina, mudas de ropa de cama, etc. Si necesitase cualquier otra cosa, se lo resolvería.

Villa Tranquila está a 1 km del pequeño pueblo pesquero de Órzola y a 800m de la playa de la Cantería, conocida por la belleza de su acantilado y su arena dorada, ideal para el surf y 1 km de la Playa de Caletón Blanco, protegida por un arrecife que la hace ideal para el disfrute de los niños. Villa tranquila está inspirada en la arquitectura tradicional lanzaroteña, ofrece espectaculares vistas de la lengua de lava del Malpaís de la Corona y de los islotes de la reserva marina del "Archipiélago Chinijo".
