The garden area has a spacious terrace surrounding the kidney-shaped swimming pool. There is an area with an artificial lawn furnished with loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a covered porch furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining. The villa also has a stone barbecue. The property been tastefully decorated and is well equipped to ensure a comfortable stay. All rooms are distributed on the ground floor. Ground Floor: Lounge/dining room with air-conditioning and direct access to pool terrace, separate kitchen with access to the pool terrace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom en-suite, 1 twin bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 1 shower room.
