These modern villas are located within Lanzarote’s Marina Rubicón Port, and a 15-minute walk from central Playa Blanca. Each villa has a private outdoor pool and sun terrace with a barbecue, and free private parking is available upon request. Pool can be heated for a surcharge. Originally from Galicia but based in Lanzarote since 1998 and working in tourism since then. Father of two lovely girls even if I don't get to see them as much as I'd like to. Music and computer freak, always digging on new music and new technologies.

Beautiful modern villa with pool perfectly located in Marina Rubicón, less than five minutes' walk from a great variety of restaurants and bars. It has two spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, and air conditioning (optional) and free wifi in all the house.

Neighborhood info

Marina Rubicón is an exclusive and very lively marina built in 2003, that hosts many luxury yatchs and has become a sports, commercial and leisure centre of the very highest level. It's located between the incredible beaches of Papagayo and and Playa Blanca, and enjoys an amazing weather most of the year.
