Villas de La Ribera is a holiday resort of 10 exclusive tourist apartments, totally new, inaugurated in May 2024, within a private landscaped property with parking, and located in the area of ​​La Ribera de Suances. Our apartments are strategically located in a residential area of incomparable beauty, surrounded by nature and serenity. The design of the buildings, the interior design, their gardens and surroundings have been carefully designed to provide you with maximum comfort and tranquility during your stay, and we strive to maintain that atmosphere, typical of a residential area. Even so, you will find the leisure area, restaurants and bustle of the port area very close on foot. In addition, you can enjoy wonderful views of La Riberuca beach, located right in front of the apartments' door. Attached to our resort, there is a playground, extensive green areas, and the beginning of the bike path that runs along the entire San Martin estuary and the Besaya river, for more than 20 km. We have prepared your accommodation with great care to ensure that you find a comfortable and welcoming space upon arrival. Our apartments are completely new and have been furnished with dedication and care, with the hope that you enjoy every detail. All this makes us a unique, exclusive and privileged accommodation in the wonderful town of Suances.
