(All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes; plenty of space to store clothes). A third full bathroom with shower and a new modern kitchen (October 2022) with all new appliances, including two large fridges to store all your groceries, and a laundry/drying room. In the centre of the main floor there is a beautiful central courtyard which gives the villa a lot of light and a very Mediterranean character. Going up some nice wooden stairs located in the living room, we access the sixth bedroom, a nice attic room with two 90/200 cm single beds, air conditioning and exit to a lovely terrace with beautiful sea views.

Exterior of the villa: With 1,496 m², the plot has two large terraces for eating and dining outdoors with two large tables for 12 diners. The private pool has a depth of 2.80 metres at its deepest point and 60 cm depth on the shallowest side. The pool is climate-controlled (subject to prior arrangement) so you can enjoy it all year round. A pleasant sun lounger area, a table tennis table, and several landscaped areas with typical Mediterranean plants. All furniture, both interior and exterior, is from summer/autumn 2022. The villa has space to park up to three vehicles inside and the property is completely fenced. Sit outside in the garden and enjoy the peace whilst having your morning coffee. You can grill your favourite food on the barbecue whilst watching your family or friends enjoy themselves in the pool. Moments you will remember forever with your loved ones.
