Property info

The villas are independent with heated pool, garden, terraces, barbecue and free parking. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, one of them on the second floor, with a dressing room, bathroom and TV. This room has a balcony and access to an independent and private terrace with sun beds for sunbathing. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor with another bathroom. On this first floor there is a separate living room with a sofa and flat TV and a kitchen-dining room with a table for 6. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge and freezer and different types of appliances. The outdoor area garden includes a private pool that has 6 sun beds for sunbathing with umbrellas, also a table and chairs for 6 people, and a sofa where you can relax protected from the sun. The property has WIFI. For stays exceeding 7 days, we'll provide fresh bath and pool towels, along with bedding replacements, ensuring a consistently comfortable and clean environment. Villa pools remain heated year-round, except for the months of June, July, August, and September.

Located in a quiet area, our modern villas are a 5-minute walk from the nearest supermarket. Marina Rubicon can be reached in 20 minutes on foot along the seafront or 3 minutes by car. Just 5 minutes by car, you will find the entrance to Los Ajaches Natural Park, where the beautiful Papagayo beach is located, among many others.
