Vival has 4000m with swimming pool and garden where to spend the day as well as a coffee nook where to enjoy the panoramic views and a barbecue great for preparing the best holiday meals outdoor. The house has capacity for 4 people. There are two bedrooms; the master bedroom, very cozy has a double bed, panoramic views, ensuite bathroom and hot/cold AC. The second bedroom is also very cozy, with 2 single beds and hot/cold AC. Futhermore there is another bathroom with shower. The living-dinnig room with hardwood beams, very confortables sofás, satellite TV and AC where to rest and relaxation. The kitchen is modern and fully equiped. Afantastic country house where to spend some days in Mallorca enjoying the good weeather and a unforgetable holidays’ days. IMPORTANT: 💡 Important note about electricity consumption: - Out of respect for the environment and with the aim of promoting responsible use of resources, the cost of electricity is not included in the accommodation price. Payment will be made in cash to the owner at the end of your stay. - All guests over 16 years old staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax.
