Property info

This lovely house, located just 200m away from the sea, is placed in a unsurpassable location, in a very quiet zone and just 1Km away from the Vinaros city center, with all it's commercial activity. The 120m² villa can comfortably accommodate 6 people in its 2 floors. The lower level has a large living/dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen, a restroom and the garden. On the first level you can find four bedrooms. In addition you will find 1 bathroom. This is a beautiful chalet with large spaces and excellent quality. In addition, the property has a garden with BBQ and parking. A great choice to spend a few days with family and friends. IMPORTANT: The amount of the deposit during the bank holidays of October 31st "La Castanyada", June 23rd "Sant Joan" and the New Year's Eve is 500 euros.

Neighborhood info

Vinaròs offers a variety of touristic sites. You can delight yourself in this beautiful place and get to know it walking or biking, but to reach other places such as the Ebro Delta, a car would be recommended. There are many routes and activities to choose from in Vinaròs and nearby towns and villages.
