Our bright and spacious 135 sq m apartment is exceptionally located right in the heart of the city, the vibrant and historic Plaza De España. Relax and enjoy the view from the balcony accessible from most rooms. Our recently renovated home is comfortably equipped with new double glazed insulating and soundproof exterior windows and doors that keep the liveliness outside. As of 02/24 the wifi has been upgraded to 500 Mbps Fibre Optic Internet. We offer our guests Nordic style individual duvets or Spanish style sheets and blanket. If you have a preference, let us know! For our International guests: Houses in the Canary Islands generally don't have heating and cooling systems. We do have electric fans on site if some Summer nights get too hot (it's customary to close the curtains during the day in Spain to keep the heat out) and have found that with the new windows, not only does the party on the Plaza stay in the Plaza, but the heat and cold do as well. There is a separate water filtering drinking tap in the kitchen. No need to buy bottled water! A bit of history: the chandeliers and plaster rosettes are original to the apartment! Cyclists: We offer secure and lockable bicycle storage 50m up the street. Please let us know if you will need bicycle parking. The apartment is located on the second floor and is accessed by wide and comfortable stairs. It does not have an elevator. We now offer an exclusive reduced price for guest parking at the indoor garage located nearby (300m/5min walk). It includes unlimited entries and exits. A reservation for this offer is required.

Vista Plaza is located right in the historic heart of the town, steps away from cafés and restaurants, shops, and many businesses and government buildings for those travelling for work. Vibrant and bustling during the day on weekdays, and quiet and peaceful at night and weekends, unless there is an event in the Plaza. In that case you will have front row seats and be in the midst of the action. Too much going on? Shut the soundproof windows and relax!
