This two-story house offers plenty of space and is surrounded by a natural pine forest and a large garden. The private 50m² chlorine pool, with a depth ranging from 1.4 to 2.2 meters, is the highlight of this property. There is nothing better than starting the day with a refreshing swim before sunbathing on one of the loungers. Next to the pool, you will find the BBQ area. For meals, we recommend the porch, which is cool and pleasant. Upon entering, you are welcomed by a massive hall. To the right is the air-conditioned living-dining room with a large window overlooking the pool, a flat-screen TV, and a sofa for relaxing. The furniture here consists of antiques that tell the history of this home. On the opposite side is the kitchen, equipped with a dining table, gas hob and oven, dishwasher, large fridge, and air conditioning. There is a guest toilet next to the kitchen. A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can choose between two rooms with two single beds and one with a double bed; all feature an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and air conditioning. There is a walk-through room with a daybed. A washing machine, iron/ironing board, and a cot and high chair (on request) complete the facilities. This house is an authentic Mallorcan "possession" surrounded by nature. The surrounding area is home to various animals, including insects like bees and many bird species. Please note that several cats live in the neighborhood and may cross the estate—please do not feed them. Neighbors also have dogs and chickens; a true country life experience. On the plot, right at the entrance, there is an annex where the owner lives. The property has a security camera aimed at the main car entrance gate. It only activates if the alarm is triggered (photo only). Interior cameras are turned off and covered. This house is not suitable for groups under 27 years, except families with children.
