The air conditioning schedule is from 10:30 am to 9 pm The villa is located in the middle of nature and there are bees, insects, wasps, birds, etc. Please keep in mind that this is part of country life and nature. The villa is 10-15 minutes' drive from the beaches of Cala Millor and Sa Coma, the town of Manacor with restaurants and shops and Son Servera golf course. You can visit the picturesque villages of Artà and Capdepera, the caves of Artà, party in Cala Ratjada or enjoy a family day at the Cala Millor safari zoo. Although there are so many things to do in Mallorca, you will surely love returning home; swimming in the pool or organising a barbecue with friends. The 10 x 4 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 0.5 to 1.8 metres is surrounded by a terrace with 9 sun loungers and some parasols. A pool towel per person is provided. The stone façade regulates the temperature, making it very pleasant during the summer. The decoration of the rooms is a mix of elegance and modernity and the natural stone walls give an authentic touch to the rooms. The lounge with satellite TV and wifi is equipped with a wood-burning stove and a comfortable sofa. The open kitchen is next to the lounge with a gas hob and dishwasher, amongst other things. The dining room with a large dining table invites you to spend family evenings. Four of the five bedrooms with wardrobe have a double bed, whilst the fifth bedroom has 1 single bed; all are equipped with air conditioning. An en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, as well as two separate shower bathrooms, a washing machine, an iron and a cot on request complete the equipment.

A 10-15 minutes’ drive takes you to the beaches Cala Millor and Sa Coma, to the city of Manacor where you can go for shopping or to the Son Servera golf course.
