Puhtaaseen, tilavaan ja persoonalliseen kaupunkiasuntoomme mahtuu yöpymään jopa kymmenen vierasta. Asunto sijaitsee Hämeenkadun ja Hallituskadun välissä Hämeenpuistossa, joten keskustan palvelut, kuten kaupat, teatterit ja ravintolat, ovat aivan kivenheiton päässä. Asunnossa on kaksi makuuhuonetta, hyvin varusteltu keittiö sekä tilava olohuone, jossa on länsiparveke Hämeenpuistoon päin.

Hämeenpuisto on vanhaa kulttuurimaisemaa ja tuoksuvaa lehmuskujaa myöten pääsee kävelemään puiston pohjoispäähän, jossa sijaitsee Näsinpuisto Särkännieminäkymineen. Näsinpuistossa on mm. Tiitiäisen leikkipuisto, kartanoravintola Milavida sekä Tallipiha, missä järjestetään markkinoita ja tapahtumia kesäaikaan ja siellä on myös kanoja, poneja ja hevosia. The apartment is situated right in the centre, only 70 meters from the main street Hämeenkatu. There is a buss stop right in front of the building, where you can catch a buss straight to the Pirkkala Airport, for instance. There are plenty of inexpensive (zone 3) long term parking places within a couple of minutes walking and a parking hall adjav´cent to Scandic hotel, three blocks away.
