The chalet offers beautiful views of the river and direct access to a private beach, where you can swim in summer or even take a refreshing winter dip in the icy water. This authentic Scandinavian wooden cabin accommodates up to 6 guests plus a baby bed and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. All linens, towels and bedding are included. Inside the chalet you will find a warm and inviting atmosphere with a large indoor fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day outdoors. Finnish Sauna, Outdoor Hot Tub & snomobile experience a traditional Finnish sauna, located just outside the chalet in the owner’s sauna house. After the sauna, relax in the wood-fired outdoor hot tub facing the river, a unique Nordic experience especially magical under the stars in winter. Breakfast & Optional Dinner Breakfast is included in the stay and served directly to the chalet, allowing guests to enjoy a relaxed morning in nature. Optional dinner meals can also be prepared on request. The sauna is located outside in the owner’s sauna house. The hot tub is outside facing the river next to the barbecue area. Guests can use a rowing boat with full fishing equipment. You can take the boat for long trips on the river and lakes, go fishing, or even reach the town center by water and visit the beaches of Äänekoski. Ice fishing is free. Traditional fishing requires a fishing permit in Finland, except for children under 15 years old who can fish for free. Äänekoski is a very charming town where you will find everything you need to enjoy a wonderful holiday, both in summer and winter. Northern Lights, horse riding, husky Safari, beaches, hiking, skiing. Barbecue in the garden with the hot tub, beach, boat trips and you can swim on the river witch kids. ice skating and fishing in both summer and winter. Good restaurants and several supermarkets are located just 4 km driving from the chalet. Here, you can admire pure nature, and you may be greeted by deer, moose, hedgehogs, and squirrels.
