*NEW LISTING* Quiet, calm, and spacious! This a rural charm surrounded by trees, and the creek runs all the way around. So unique and idyllic, you won’t believe you’re just minutes away from everything you need. This historic mill house from 1800s was recently renovated with two modern apartments. Note- there is no TV.
