It is located in the Kätkä area, offering peace and nature while being close from Levi's restaurants, shops and services. The home has three floors and 138.9 m² of space including terraces and it accommodates 9 people. The middle floor features the main entrance, an open-plan kitchen and living room with fireplace, two bedrooms, each accommodating two people per room, and a bathroom. Upstairs you’ll find a private spa with sauna and jacuzzi under a starry-sky ceiling, plus a lounge and balcony. The sofa bed in the lounge area can accommodate one additional person if necessary. The lower floor offers a second living area with big screen, kitchenette, a utility room, bedroom with 2 beds + bunk bed, another bathroom, and storage including a ski room. The ski trail runs right next to the property, snowmobile routes are easily accessible, and private parking with electric poles are available on-site. There is unheated snowmobile storage and separate heated ski maintenance room is available on the lower floor of the property. This chalet is the perfect retreat for both active adventurers and those seeking relaxation in style. Our office has limited opening hours from Tuesday to Saturday.
