Please note that cleaning is not included. Guests can clean the villa themselves, or pay a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee is 115 EUR for a two-bedroom villa, and 150 EUR for a four-bedroom villa.

Please note that a refundable deposit for cleaning fees is required at check-in. The amount of the deposit is equivalent to the cleaning fees.

Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property for an additional charge of EUR 15.0 per person or bring their own.
