We are a local family business from 2021. We are both from Lapland, and our families have lived here for centuries. In our free time, we adventure in the nature of Ylläs in different styles. In addition to Loimu, we rent its neighboring apartment Korpi and the 8-person villa Ylläs-Ukko located on Uutelankuja. We have built all our destinations ourselves in such a way that spending a vacation in our destinations would be comfortable and easy.

Recently built holiday apartment Loimu is located just next to the Jounin Kauppa, area where all the restaurants, sport shops, rentals and safaris are found. All these services are within 1 kilometer range from your accommodation. You can easily have a holiday without car by staying in Loimu-apartment. Loimu and Korpi apartments are next to each other, so if your party is bigger you may rent both for your use. Loimu is the end apartment of the building. Apartment suits well for 2-4 person. There is extra beds to accommodate 6 person all together. Location is next to the main road. Ski busses and other transportations are easily available. Kitchen-living room (20m2) has good equipment. You will find Android -LED 43” TV with high-speed fiber network, allowing you to watch what you like. Electric Sauna will heat you up after day outside, and big dryer will make sure you have dry equipment for the upcoming day.

At Ylläs, you can experience the Pallas-Yllästunturi National Park with all your senses. We have 7 fells here (Ylläs, Kesänki, Kukas, Kuer, Aakenus, Lainio and Pyhä) and nearby also Äkäskero. Nature changes according to eight different seasons. The northern lights can be seen with suitable weather from mid-August to the end of April.
