Nature, sea, and sky are always present, creating a calm and immersive atmosphere throughout your stay. The highlight of the villa is its private, wood-fired beachfront sauna next to a large sandy beach. Enjoy soft Finnish sauna steam with stunning sea views just steps from the shoreline. A short walk leads to your private pier, allowing year-round swimming. In winter, an ice-hole pump keeps the water open for winter swimming. Porvoo Ski downhill slopes and cross-country trails are about a 35-minute drive away, making the villa ideal for winter activities. The interior features refined Scandinavian design with underfloor heating throughout. Light-grey polished concrete floors create a harmonious ambiance, while the fully equipped kitchen includes high-quality Puustelli cabinetry and modern appliances. Both sea-facing bedrooms offer panoramic views directly from the bed in every season. The natural surroundings are framed by forest ground cover, with wild blueberries growing beside the terrace in summer. The expansive private sandy beach invites relaxation by the sea. The villa also features a modern indoor electric sauna. The living room is the heart of the villa, with 280 cm panoramic windows, abundant natural light, and calming sea views. The bathroom features elegant microcement surfaces and a luxurious rainfall shower, enhancing the sense of comfort and refinement. Another identical villa, Villa Sten, is located about 30 meters away. Forested separation and terrace privacy screens ensure a peaceful setting, and both villas can be rented together. The price includes bed linen, towels, a private beachfront sauna, firewood, electric vehicle charging, and final cleaning.
