In Finnish Lapland, in the immediate vicinity of Pyhä-Luosto National Park, a cozy and high-quality Orrenkolo villa with stunning views of the fells is ideal for hikers, slalom & cross-country skiers, or simply those who enjoy the beauty of Lapland's nature and our aurora/Northern Lights. Orrenkolo has a well-equipped kitchen with complete cooking utensils and serving dishes, a fireplace and a cozy living and dining area. The villa has 2 bedrooms (each for 2 guests), a loft with 4 beds (also a TV in the loft), a dressing/utility room, a washroom, sauna, and a terrace with breathtaking views and a grill (barbecue).
We are a host couple from Finnish Lapland, and we know the boreal forests and Arctic region particularly well. Hiking and skiing are our most important hobbies, and we love spending time in nature throughout the year. We are multilingual and have extensive international experience. We are always happy to help our guests plan and organize their holiday.
Our villa is located in a peaceful natural setting in Finnish Lapland, surrounded by boreal forests and the unique Arctic landscape. The area offers excellent opportunities for hiking, skiing and enjoying the tranquility of nature in every season. Despite its quiet location, essential services and local attractions are conveniently accessible. We are happy to share our local knowledge and recommend the best trails, outdoor activities, restaurants and sights in the surrounding area, among others including snowy forests, aurora hunting and visits to the local amethyst mine.
