In the yard of our detached house, in a spacious shed located in an outbuilding, you can comfortably stay alone, with a partner/friend or family. In the shed you can be completely at peace - in the yard you might run into our family, but of course we respect our customers' own peace. Although we are located in a built-up area, our yard is peaceful and there are no neighbors in sight. Near our house is the beautiful Likolampi pond, which is surrounded by a jogging path (about 2 km). Likolampi also has a very nice beach with changing booths and jumping towers. The bathroom (shower, toilet and hand sink), which is connected to the sauna, is located in our house and you get a separate key for it. You can get to the sauna at the time you want for a separate fee.
Our beach is on the other side of the road, but sometimes we go swimming ourselves from the sauna by tipping across the road. In addition, there are two great beaches nearby. One is on the shore of the same, the lake of Simpele, in the center of the village and the other is on the shore of Likolampi near our house. On our beach, you can admire summer sunsets from the pier, fish and go for a row. Eight kilometers from us is the wonderful and world-famous mecca of ITE art, the Parikkala Statue Park. In addition to more than 500 statues, the garden has an amazing number of flowers, one after the other, because the late artist was also a passionate gardener. Strong recommendation for it!
