We have been renting cottages in Ylläs since 2010. Our family team includes the youthful elderly Antero and Riitta and daughters Jenny and Julia. Jenny's son Oula learns in the wake of others and often entertains guests when we are in Ylläs. We enjoy skiing and hiking in the fells, making delicious lunches on fire is our greatest passion. We also like to travel and visit other places and that has helped us to develop our service. It is a pleasure for us to serve our customers to enjoy the wisdom and the stillness of Lappish nature. We love to offer a place where our customers can feel like they would come home to experience the magic of the fells and Lapland. Welcome to Anristar -cabin and Röhköstar apartments!

Cozy RöhköStar apartments 107, 108 and 109 in Äkäslompolo. The area is 33m². Sleeps 2+2, sleeping alcoves (108 & 109) and bedroom (107) has 2 x 80 cm beds and a 140 cm sofa bed in the living room. All apartments are at street level with own entrance. The apartments are located next to each other, bigger group can stay in their own apartments. The apartments have Wifi (fiber optic network) and Maxivision channels on the TV. The apartments are located near the Tunturitie. The SkiBus route goes on Tunturitie to the ski slopes. To hiking trails and bike paths you can step from the own courtyard. Äkäshotelli and other village services are within walking distance. Property description: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, sauna and sleeping alcove (108 and 109). 107 apartments has a separate bright bedroom. Each apartment has its own outdoor storage. WARM SKI MAINTENANCE ROOM and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer in a separate building. There is also washing machine in every apartment. The apartments are well-equipped: drying cabinet, dishwasher, oven and stove, microwave, coffee- and kettle, toaster and crockery in kitchen. TV, ironing board and iron. For summer time there is a small fan. The equipment of each apartment includes also 2 bikes (available if they are okay) and a sledge. In 107 there are 2 snowshoes. NOTE! CLEANING, LINEN AND TOWELS CAN BE BOOKED SEPARATELY and are available for an additional fee, ask from us about this. If these services are not ordered separately, the customer takes care of sufficient cleaning (at least cleaning up their own traces) and bring their own bed linen and towels. TOILET PAPER AND PAPER TOWEL ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, the customer brings them for own needs. One roll of toilet paper is left for the next customers. (We unfortunately don´t have bigger storage space for toilet papers at the apartment). Toiler also has a bidee. Welcome to Röhköstar!

The apartments are located in the near of Tunturitie: the SkiBussi runs nearby, ski tracks, hiking trails and bike paths access from own yard. Äkäshotel and other village services are within walking distance. Ylläs has plenty of amazing nature places to explore. In Äkäslompolo and in Ylläsjärvi you can enjoy many restaurants, cafeterias and Jounin Kauppa, the world-wide known shop, offers services in the villages.
