Lakevill Oy was founded in 2006. The company owns 2 cottage complexes: Saimaa Lakeside - in the southern part of Finland on the shore of Lake Saimaa, Tahko hills - in the Tahko ski resort.

Saimaa Lakeside cottages are located on the private peninsula on the Lake Saimaa. All cottages offer a lake view. Guests will enjoy a boat with an electric motor on the private pier by their cottage, as well as bicycles, children’s playgrounds, and sports grounds. A fishing license is included in the price when using the boat with the electric motor. Some Saimaa Lakeside cottages are equipped with a heated hot tub that you will find in different categories of accommodation. If you would like to rent a cottage with a hot tub, please check carefully the availability of such cottage according to your dates. A pre-heating service for the hot tub is available upon request and for an extra charge. Some cottages allow pets (dogs only) for an additional fee. Please inform us in advance. Please note that we operate on a prepayment basis only. After confirmation, you will receive an invoice for payment: ✔ 30% – within 3 days from the date the invoice is issued; ✔ 70% – one month before arrival. If there is less than one month between the booking and the arrival date, a 100% payment is required immediately after booking. Upon your request, we can send you a secured link for online payment. Payments are made in euros to the bank account of Setl-North Europe Oy in Revolut Bank.
