It is less than 5 minute walking distance from city center; very safe and cozy with an outstanding views. You don't need a taxi to reach here from Oulu train station or Bus station. Both are just opposite side of the road. Please note that, you’ll have a safe private room with a lock on the door. It's not a hostel but a private home for guests. Coffee, coffee machine, sugar, tea, micro-oven, freezer, tooth-paste, body-wash, dish-washer, grill-oven, stove, kitchen-utensils are always available for you for free use. Only hall ways, toilets and kitchen are shared with host and other guests if anyone is there. We keep quite as much as possible from 22 to 7 O’clock. Smoking inside the building even on the balcony is strictly prohibited. Excessive drinking is prohibited too. Extra pillows and blankets are always available for use. You must inform the host before two hours of your arrival. Common areas of the flat are under camera surveillance. We are very easy going and ready to serve you. You’ll really enjoy this place. .

Restaurants, pizzerias, swimming pool are nearby. Sale market is 2 min walking distance and 24X7 open; K-citymarket, Prisma, Subway, pharmacy is in same place. Oulu court building is located just opposite of this building. Nearest Pizzeria Finlandia and Pizzeria La Festa is recommendable. Subway is good and K-citymarket has a restaurant inside. You can take a small breakfast or buy small things from nearby R-kioski also. Oulu Swimming Pool (Oulun Uimahalli) is in 700m distance from here. It is one of the biggest and most popular swimming pool in Finland. As well as the pool area, there is a gym, sports hall and facilities for judo and boxing. The upper floor houses a café, meeting rooms and a sports advice centre. Nearby Oulun Energia Areena or Oulu Ice Hall (Oulun jäähalli) is primarily used for ice hockey, and is the home arena of Kärpät. Magnificent Ouluhalli is neighbor to us. You can be practice Football, Basketball, Badminton, Floorball, Athletics, Gymnastics there. Fields: 12 volleyball courts, soccer and baseball field. Athletics venues: running track, long jump, triple jump, pole and throw. City Biljard is beside Ouluhalli, excellent place to play.
