A stylish, new and spacious villa near the ski paths and slopes. Two bedrooms and a two-part loft offer peaceful sleeping for eight. Two remote workstations and a fast fiber optic connection. A separate sauna offers a peaceful sauna moment. Complete kitchen equipment and household appliances. There are two showers and toilets. There are fireplaces in the living room and on the glazed terrace. In the carport there is a charging point for an electric car. Outdoor hot tub on the terrace.
