The property is a renovated 3-bedroom duplex. It is our family’s own holiday home / ski cabin that we let when we’re not using it ourselves. We’ve decorated it to our own taste which is a mix of earth-like colors and patterns we feel like mix well with traditional wooden surfaces of a log house and added a touch of Nordic modern. Two of the bedrooms are located on the entrance floor and there's a smaller sleeping quarter on the loft upstairs. In addition, there’s a sofa bed that sleeps two. The property has two toilets: one on the entrance floor, another in the bathroom downstairs. Maximum number of quests to whom we can arrange beds and dining chairs is 8, however it should be noted that with that high a number of people the house and some of its amenities - such as the dishwasher - might start to feel a bit on the small side: for those wanting more personal space the ideal number of guests is 6.

I’m an avid skier, my wife an outdoorswoman in general. What makes a holiday for our family of four is skiing, hiking to a nearby hut to an open fire or just sitting on the patio and watching the sun set behind the nearby Kätkä fell. And after a dinner and sauna, maybe viewing the Nordic Lights light up the night sky…

The house is located in a peaceful, quiet neighbourhood: simultaneously off the bars, shops and lights of Levi yet close enough to everything. You can manage even without a car as the bus stop is only 300 meters away. Though as in most locations around here, you'll probably get the most out of your vacation if you have a car at your disposal should you want to do some of the activities the area has to offer. Some key distances from the house include: 150 meters to closest cross country skiing track, walking and biking trails — 300 meters to the ski bus and airport shuttle stop — 400 meters to the closest grocery store — 900 meters to the gondola lift — 2,5 kilometers to Levi centre (reachable by a 30 minute walk, 10 minutes by bike or 5 minutes by car, taxi or bus ride)
