Kalkonniemi is one of the most beautiful beaches in Kemijärvi. Absolutely beautiful nature surrounds you in this peaceful environment, still only 12km from services of Kemijärvi. Several ski resorts can be found in 100km radius also, closest being Suomu just 30 min away (15 min via ice road).
I'm a skier, snowmobiler and a fisherman, just generally love being outdoors. Been working with tourists all around Lapland since 2002.
Skiing, snowmobiling and in the summer boating and fishing possibilities are endless. The sandy beach is perfect for swimming. Location is very peaceful and private.
