Villa Kalliorinne is a detached house located in a quiet street, surrounded by other houses and forest. The house is build in 2013 and has four bed rooms, living room, kitchen, utility room, bathroom with sauna, wc. Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm), bureau, tv, small desktop, wardrobe. Bedroom 2: Bed (90 cm), bureau, large desktop, wardrobe. Bedroom 3: Bed (90 cm), bureau, large desktop, walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 4: Sofa bed (120 cm), wardrobe. Living room: Leather sofas, sofa table, tv. Kitchen: Fully equipped with table for 6/8, induction stove, electric oven, microwave oven, fridge, coffee maker, freezer, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher. Utility room: Closets for linen and towels, washing maschine, dryer, iron. Other: Terrace with table and six chairs, two sun beds, gas grill. For two guests there are floor mattresses. Baby cot and highchair are available. Owner takes care of the garden (mowing and watering). There is carport for one car, in addition you can park two cars to the yard. There is only 8 km to the center of Jyväskylä.
