Cozy Cabin in a Peaceful Setting – No Neighbors, No Noise This traditional Finnish cabin offers the perfect escape from everyday life, surrounded by the quiet beauty of nature. Located in total privacy with no close neighbors or nearby roads, the atmosphere here is calm and serene. The yard is spacious and light-filled, and the nearest lake, Kuuhankavesi, is just a few minutes’ drive away. There, you’ll find a rowboat available for fishing or simply enjoying the stunning lake scenery. Accommodation & Amenities The cabin comfortably sleeps up to six guests, with an additional travel crib for a small child. Downstairs features a sofa bed, while the cozy loft upstairs offers four beds in a low-ceiling space. The dining area includes an extendable table for six adults, plus a junior chair and high chair for little ones. There is an indoor dry toilet, and water from a well is available for washing and sauna use. Drinking water should be brought along or fetched from a source about 2 km away. Please note that there is no shower at the cabin – as is common at Finnish countryside cottages, washing is done in the traditional way in the sauna. Water is heated in the sauna stove and then mixed with cold well water in a bucket to reach a comfortable temperature for washing.
