Upstairs: A spacious bathroom with a shower (90 x 120), a separate toilet, a comfortable double bedroom (160 x 200), and a second bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds. A large private garage (approximately 25 m²) for your vehicle, with a door width of 260 cm and a height of 190 cm. Bed linens (sheets, duvet covers, duvets), household linens (dish towels), and bath towels. Consumables for your stay (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, Nespresso capsules, tea). 💡 Privatization upon request: If you need more space, the entire house can be privatized to accommodate up to 6 people (please contact me in advance to check availability). A private, secure garage is available for free with the duplex rental. Cycling enthusiasts can store their bikes safely there. ❗️ Important: Pets are not allowed due to allergens. Thank you for your understanding. ❗️ Please note that the duplex has a spiral staircase that may be difficult to access for some.
