##Space This 35 m² air-conditioned flat, located on the 3ᵉ floor without lift of the residence ‘La Résidence de la Plage’, benefits from an exceptional seafront location, offering a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. It is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The bright living area includes a sofa bed (140x190 cm), TV, dining table and fully equipped kitchen to suit your needs. The bathroom has a shower and washing machine, while the WC is separate for added convenience. The bedroom offers a comfortable sleeping area with a 160x200 cm double bed. To keep you connected, the accommodation is also equipped with WIFI. All the accommodation is on one level, and access at the top of the stairs is blocked off. The residence's communal swimming pool is open from 7 May to 29 September, and a lifeguard is on hand every day from 13 July to 18 August to ensure safe bathing. The perfect setting for a relaxing, comfortable holiday with exceptional views over the Mediterranean. ## Neighborhood Stays in July and August: Bookings are only possible from Saturday to Saturday. End-of-stay cleaning is mandatory. If cleaning fees are not included in your booking, they must be paid on-site upon arrival. Outside July and August: End-of-stay cleaning is optional. You can either do it yourself or ask our team to handle it (optional service). Security deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon your arrival. Bed linen and towels: Guests are required to bring their own bed linen and towels. Linen kits are available on request (additional charge). House rules: Youth groups are not accepted. Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

## The neighborhood The flat is located in a private, secure residence. It is fully gated. The residence is quiet and family-friendly. ## Getting around By train: Vias railway station is 1 kilometre from the historic centre of Vias. For those who prefer to arrive from Agde, there is a larger station serving TER and TGV trains. This station is only 5 kilometres from the centre of Vias. By plane: You can fly into Vias from Béziers Cap d'Agde airport. The airport is 5 kilometres from Vias town centre. By bus: Hérault Transport connects Vias to various towns in the Hérault department.
