Apartment Clano sits on the ground floor of La Ferme d'Ourea, in the Petit Châtel area. This spacious apartment works well for both a week on the slopes and a summer escape. The living and dining area feels anchored by an ethanol fireplace, with a fully equipped kitchen alongside it. Outside, a large southwest-facing terrace and a fully decked backyard open up to a dining table, barbecue, and private jacuzzi. Three double bedrooms sleep up to six guests. One has its own ensuite bathroom, while the second bathroom, with a shower and a separate WC, is shared between the other two bedrooms. Between days on the mountain, a private ski locker keeps your gear sorted, while shared bike storage is available during the summer months. A double parking spot in the underground garage ensures easy access, with additional outdoor parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. The Petit Châtel chairlift is just a five-minute walk away, with the vast Portes du Soleil ski area easily accessible. Châtel's village centre, with its restaurants, artisan shops, and cosy cafés, is only 5–10 minutes on foot, 2 minutes by car, or a short shuttle ride away. Just minutes from local amenities, this location offers both a peaceful seclusion and easy access to village life. In summer, mountain trails, lakeside picnics at Lac de Vonnes, and even cross-border adventures into Switzerland are all within easy reach. If you're travelling with a larger group, Apartment Danton, located in the same building, accommodates up to 8 adults and 2 children; the two properties can be rented together.
