Divided studio approximately 32m², sleeping 4/5, fully renovated, south facing with balcony and view of the mountain, on the 3rd floor. Kitchen : 2 vitroceramic hot pates, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and extractor hood, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine. Living room (divided by sliding) : Tv, Dvd player, 1 double sofa bed on one hand and 1 set of bunk beds + 1 double sofa bed on second hand.. Bathroom with shower and toilets separately. PETS NOT ALLOWED. The booking price include the final cleaning EXCLUDING KITCHEN AREA. We ask you to leave the premises in good condition, empty the dishwasher, put out your rubbish and fold bedding. Property managed by a professional. Unless stated, services such as cleaning, bed linen, towels etc. are not included in the price of this rental.
