The apartment is named after the Square de la Roseraie, just a stone's throw from the property, a place of greenery and unprecedented relaxation. Parking is free and easy around the property, a rarity in Belfort. You'll find parking details in our welcome booklet once you've made your reservation. Whether for leisure or business, our location is ideal for easy access to the surrounding area. We've tried to think of everything for your stay.

The assets of the Appart'Hôtel de la roseraie are above all Calm and Comfort, in Belfort. This apartment is ideally located 7 minutes from the freeway, avoiding traffic jams, and just 15 meters from the bus stops that provide access to Belfort (Alstom, Général Électrique, UTBM, various universities, etc.). Close to all shops and restaurants. The ideal location for your vacation or business trip. It's possible to arrive at 3pm instead of 5pm and leave at 12am instead of 11am.
