Bright 62.5 m² apartment located in Saint-Priest, close to the Town Hall, shops and public transport. The apartment features two bedrooms, a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and a bright living room opening onto a large 12 m² loggia. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a smart TV, dishwasher, washing machine and Nespresso coffee machine. Bed linen and towels are provided. A private secure parking space is available in the residence's underground garage. Nearby tram and bus services provide easy access to Lyon and other parts of the metropolitan area. The location is also convenient for reaching Eurexpo and the Saint-Priest Technology Park. The apartment is suitable for leisure stays, families and groups of friends, as well as business travellers.
