Pleasant apartment rated 2 stars by the Atout France label (reduced tourist tax). Located 300 meters from the lake, accommodating up to 3 people. It features a 6m² balcony with mountain views — perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. The living area has been fully renovated and includes an equipped kitchen and a 160 cm sofa bed. End-of-stay cleaning is included. Bed linen and towels are not provided. Private parking space available along the residence. Please note: the building is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Bathroom and toilets: – Bathroom with shower screen and vanity unit – Separate toilet Additional information: – The building is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility – Private numbered parking space along the residence – Baby equipment: booster seat and travel cot can be lent if available (request in advance) Activities nearby: swimming, windsurfing, kitesurfing, hiking, mountain biking, rafting, etc. Other things to note – Non-smoking apartment – No pets allowed (no exceptions, thank you for your understanding)
