Cocoonr offers this 28 m² air-conditioned flat with shared pool for rent in San Nicolao, less than 80 metres from the beach. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 27 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a shower room. Sheets and towels included. We're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 27 m² air-conditioned living room with a TV lounge area with a double sofa bed (sleeps two) and a fully-equipped kitchenette including: electric kettle, pod coffee maker, microwave oven, toaster, fridge, hob, etc. - An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (140×190) and storage space - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a plancha, an ice cube maker and an air fryer. Baby equipment (high chair, cot and baby bath) is available free of charge on request from the concierge service. Outside: - A 7.4 m² north-facing terrace with table and chairs. - A shared heated swimming pool (8m x 20) with badge access from May to September in the residence.
