A 28 m2 living and dining room with a connected flat TV, wifi, a 3-seater sofa convertible into a 200x160 bed, a 3-seater relaxation sofa and a sofa bed. Separate toilet and bathroom. A 12 m2 kitchen fully equipped and furnished (fridge-extractor, washing machine, dishwasher, oven and hob) The apartment is furnished with high-end products. Reversible air conditioning in all the rooms. Closed and renovated garage for parking of 30m2. This apartment is located on the 1 st floor in a very nice building with 3 apartments, quiet.
