Property info

On the ground floor: 90 m² living room: fitted kitchen with island, dining area, lounge and wood stove. Laundry room, toilet and shower. Upstairs, distributed by a corridor, 3 bedrooms (2 double beds 160 cm and 2 single beds 90 cm which can be twinned, baby bed). Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, (one is equipped with a bathtub). End-of-stay cleaning (100 ) is mandatory and paid upon booking.

Neighborhood info

In the south of the department, in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, this old stone barn has been completely renovated by the Knipe family, British residents living in an adjoining house. The cottage has an entrance, a large plot of land, and a terrace, all of which is completely independent. A swimming pool (12 x 5 m) is shared with the owners and is open from the beginning of May to the end of September, weather permitting.
