Entirely new property - everything is new! Come and stay at L'Atélier, a beautifully quiet spot in Samoreau, surrounded by greenery and calm. We have converted our old garage into a house (hence the name) and given the place an industrial/workshop theme to the rental house. It's cosy yet funky and we hope has everything you need to enjoy a truly memorable stay!
We are a French British family who love people, travel, cooking and adventure! In 2021 we had the opportunity to buy this beautiful property and slowly but surely we are making it into the house of our dreams. Come and enjoy the beauty of our little spot in Samoreau - we can assure that you won't want to leave!
Just 5 minutes walk from Samoreau Lake and 2 minutes from the Seine, L'Atélier is the perfect spot to discover the Fontainebleau forest, the Château of Fontainebleau and the picturesque villages nearby (Barbizon, Moret sur Loing, Grez sur Loing...). Just 5 minutes from the Fontainebleau station, 8 minutes from the town of Fontainebleau and 40 minutes from Paris by train, you can enjoy a break which includes both nature and culture. In the spring and summer, you can enjoy the Buvette, camping bar, just down the road where live music plays every weekend, or walk to the lovely Le Petit Cedre restaurant and sit on it's cheerful terrace on summer evenings. Baker, butcher, café and supermarket all in walking distance.
