Amazing location. Very quiet with cafes nearby. The host was extremely helpful but respected our privacy. Lots of nice touches like the goodies he left us to eat. We had a sweet little private garden.

Bon placement en fonction des objectifs recherchés : A côté d’une abbaye. Clocher intense pour les messes.

We have three properties to offer: a romantic loft for two; a family gîte for up to four, and a detached cottage for two, with views of the Abbey. The gîte and loft can be reserved together for larger groups and share a large garden with the option to dine "en famille". All of this is set in historic Le Bec Hellouin, classified as "One of the most beautiful village in France"
Susanne and I have been spending time in Le Bec Hellouin for over 13 years. We came to allow Susanne to ride horses and for the gastronomy. The tranquility and plentiful scope for walking and cycling added to the magnetic pull of thi wonderful place, which is now our home
The village grew up around the 11th century abbey and remains a focus of monastic life. Nearby, there are centres for canoeing, riding, many great golf courses and 42km cycle route sets out from the village on a converted railway line through forests. Beautiful gardens at Harcourt and Chateau du Champ de Bataille are less than half an hour away and scenic Honfleur and Deauville are around an hour
