We will be very happy to welcome you in this delightful studio of character, 25 m2, bright, non-smoking, completely renovated, exposed beams with high ceilings. The accommodation is located in the historic Chartres district, 400m from the Cathedral and 100m from the city center, at the foot of shops, brasseries, restaurants and the famous and popular market on Place Billard. At the time of your reservation, you will not pay any security deposit directly. However, we use a secure security deposit site. You will receive a simple email in order to deposit your deposit 2 days before your arrival. This security deposit will not be debited from your bank account and will not affect your credit card payment limit. This allows you to secure your deposit online before your arrival and not have to pay the deposit by check or cash at the start of your stay. A fee of 7 Euros applies to this deposit. In the event of damage, dirt or other problems noted after your departure, all or part of your deposit may be withheld. thank you for your understanding
Caroline and Franck, Chartrain couple, concerned about your well being. We will do our best to make your stay pleasant. We try to apply strict cleaning and disinfection procedures.
Between lower town, downtown and historic district, you will be in the center of all amenities. Forget your car, you will be staying in a pedestrian area where very few vehicles are allowed to go. The nearest car park is 150m away, it is an outdoor paid parking lot for the day. There are also underground parking solutions with 24-hour access or paid or free outdoor parking nearby.
