At 61 years old, I can say that my journey has been as varied as it has been rich. Before becoming a journalist for a national daily for over 30 years, I worked in various professions, such as blacksmith, horseman, sled dog breeder, guide and musher in the Canadian Far North and Scandinavia, and dog trainer. This house, where I was born, has been in my family for generations. It is a living testament to our heritage. For years, I have been renovating it with passion and dedication, respecting its authenticity. Certainly, everything is not yet perfect, but every detail is designed to improve your comfort while reducing our carbon footprint.
