The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you to rent, in Bray-Dunes, this charming apartment with sea view, directly on the dike, allowing direct access to the beach, of a surface of 77 m ² and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor, it is composed of a nice living room of 30 m², an equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms and a bathroom. We are waiting for you ! The accommodation is composed as follows: - A living room of 30 m² with TV, sofa and dining area. - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Bedroom 1: a queen-size bed (160×200). - Bedroom 2: a single bed and bunk beds. - A bathroom with shower. - Separate toilet. Other remarks: - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). The prices given are for information only, subject to change by our partner. Rate for sheets 5 euros/person; household linen 5 euros/person (includes 1 large towel, 1 small towel, 2 washcloths). - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use. - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The wood stove in the house is not usable. - Any request for arrival or departure outside the indicated times is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be requested.
