Beau Maison is a self contained three bedroom house situated in one of the oldest streets in Le Vigeant. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. The lounge has comfy seating, TV with French and English channels, DVD player and dining area. There is also a walk in wet room and washer/dryer. Upstairs there are three double bedrooms; one with an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet and another bedroom has access to the private garden and patio area. There is also a separate toilet with sink on this floor.
Tess moved to Le Vigeant three years ago and lives here with her partner, two small dogs and three cats.
Le Vigeant is a lovely historic area surrounded by beautiful countryside and nestling by the Vienne river. It is the perfect location for anyone who enjoys outdoor activities with canoeing, cycling, walking and horse riding widely available. The popular Val de Vienne circuit is approx. 5 minutes drive away, where they hold regular classic car and motorcycle racing events. Or spend the day at the wonderful La Vallee des Singes, less than 30mins drive from the gite, a unique zoological park of 22 hectares with over 450 primates living in semi-freedom, a truly incredible experience! The area is also well situated between the historic cities of Poitiers and Limoges; both with their own airports and mainline train stations with services to Europe and the U.K.
